Dr. Kelli Paschal

When I was young, I wanted to play with every pet in the neighborhood! I was so excited when my parents brought home my very first cat, Pooky, and first dog, Murphy. Some of my favorite trips were to the veterinarian’s office where I learned all about my pets. Truly the best part was watching the impact that doctors had on both the pets and their owners.
I was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and earned my Bachelor’s degree in biology at Middle Tennessee State University. In 2010, I moved to Knoxville, Tennessee to attend Veterinary school. Once I graduated with my doctorate, I knew I wanted to move further east to explore the opportunities that North Carolina had to offer. I also joined the United Sates Army National Guard in 2006 and am still a member.

I have a strong interest in internal medicine and surgery, and I believe that providing insight for clients and being an advocate for all animals is the most important task. In my spare time, I love to play guitar and mandolin, participate in outdoor activities, and spend time with my friends and family, including my two cats, Moose and Oliver.
